Local Caxias beach | Location
We are pleased to offer three houses in this special location by the beach only 8KM from the centre of Lisbon and Cascais. The houses share the same beautiful grounds, and we are able to offer them to groups of up to 18 people.
Note this is a residential area and the owner lives on the estate. Out of respect for your neighbours no loud noise after 11pm please!
These houses are an ideal haven for a holiday with as little or as much sightseeing as you wish. In a privileged residential area, they have splendid views of the point where the river Tagus meets the Atlantic ocean; all houses offer secure accommodation with outside space. There is a private garden next to the house with plenty of space for children to run around having fun or for adults to seat down relaxing, enjoying some nice family time. Beaches The sandy beaches of Paço de Arcos and Caxias are a 15 minutes walk away. Cascais and Estoril beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by local train and further afield Guincho, praia das Macas, praia da Adraga and many others are an easy car drive. |
The charming old centre of Paço de Arcos is less than a 10 minute walk away, and offers numerous restaurants in a beautiful setting. Local shops are 5 minutes away and the Oeiras Marina with its beautiful boats, shops and restaurants is nearby. A futuristic suspended train (SATU) joins Paço de Arcos to a large shopping centre for the serious shopper. Access to Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra is easy and quick, making this the ideal base to explore the whole area. Golf Details

Lisbon Riviera House - Surface area : 200m2
Spacious and well equipped house with fantastic views. The large living room accommodates up to 10 people comfortably, and opens up to a terrace with spectacular seaviews. Apart from the views, an open 3 sided fireplace offers a focal point and divides the living room from the dining room for 10. The large and beautifully decorated kitchen is fully equipped. Getting there and around
Above the sea front linking Lisbon and Cascais, the property is easily accessed by road and public transport. The airport is 12km away. Lisbon city centre is 10km, easily reached in 15 minutes by car or by train along the river Tagus.
Fast road access means both Lisbon and Cascais are 15 minutes away.
The small coastal train station of Paco de Arcos is 5 minutes walk, taking you to central Lisbon in one direction, and Cascais in the other.
Public transport is so convenient and reliable that guests can opt for a car free holiday.
