  Prices quoted are for up to 8 people, add €100/week (€20/day) per additional person
- max 16 people in total -
Minimum rental rate: €1200
July and August: minimum stay is 2 weeks, changeover day is Saturday 
During peak season: normal turnover day is Saturday and surcharge may apply for rentals of less than 2 weeks.
Booking conditions: 20% minimum paid at time of booking, 40% two months before arrival and balance paid in cash on arrival.
Security Deposit: €300 paid up to one month before arrival by credit card and refundable up to one week after the end of stay.
Prices include maid service once a week, bedding, towels, internet access, heating and utilities
