During peak season: normal turnover day is Saturday and surcharge may apply for rentals of less than 2 weeks.
Booking conditions: 20% minimum paid at time of booking and balance in cash on arrrival.
Security Deposit: €750 paid  before arrival by bank transfer or by credit card and refundable up to 2 weeks after departure.

During peak season arrival time is after 16h00 and departure by 11h00.

Winter: if central heating is required, add €300/week

Final clean included in price (maximum 8 hours, cleaning in excess of 8 hours may be charged at cost)

 

Please note that a community celebration is held on the 15th of August  in the village where the house is set and although you are welcome to join in the fun, the surroundings can become somehow noisy for 2 or 3 days.
