Minimum stay: 2 days (for daily rate divide weekly rate by 5)
Add €100/week per additional person in excess of 8
During peak season: normal turnover day is Saturday and surcharge may apply for rentals of less than 2 weeks.
In winter heating costs will be deducted from security deposit Booking conditions: 20% minimum paid at time of booking and balance cash on arrival.
Security Deposit: €750, refundable at end of stay.
