Tróia golf (15 kms and a ferry away) a difficult course but one of the most beautiful in Portugal, and Riba Golf is 40 Kms away. Aroeira golf course is 20km away as well as Montado's golf course. Gastronomy and wine tasting The region of Azeitão is famed for its gastronomy, and even the local supermarket, Intermarché, has a mix of gourmet and standard products; the supermarket is about 3km from the villa. The local gastronomic festival is held from June to September. Fresh grilled fish is an inexpensive delight. Five formal wine routes have been devised in the Setubal peninsula by the ‘Rota de Vinhos’ association, combining wine tasting with sightseeing, arts and nature. Villa Sesimbra - Indoor Surface Area : 380 m2
Luxuriously decorated, Villa Sesimbra is an excellent base for a holiday within the beautiful golf resort of Quinta do Peru. The spacious villa is on two floors. View of the beautiful green surroundings can be enjoyed from most rooms and the whole villa affords and wonderful "open-space" indoors-outdoors feeling, so conducive to relaxation. On the ground floor, accessed by a spacious hall, we find the spacious living room which has french windows opening on to the garden and pool. There is an elegant modern fireplace and entertainment equipment. The elegant dining room seats 8 confortably and also opens to the outside. The spacious kitchen is equipped with "Miele" appliances and there is also a separate laundry room. A guest WC is also found on this floor, as well as a study room. On the first floor, accessed via an open-plan staircase, the 3 spacious bedrooms are located. The main double bedroom is immense: 35m2. It has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The other double bedroom and the twin bedroom also have plenty of storage. There is another bathroom on this floor. The large garden surrounds the villa on all sides. The inviting swimming pool will provide hours of relaxation and fun. The house is luxuriously decorated, yet blending in perfectly with the relaxed atmosphere of the countryside which surrounds it. Getting there and around
Two hours flight from most European cities and seven from New York, the villa is reached by car from Lisbon Airport in 45 minutes. Faro airport is 2 hours away. The motorway junction is 6km away. A car is reccommended for this holiday as there is no public transport to the Villa. Within the condominium you will find golf course, tennis, restaurant and bars. The closest shops are within walking distance. The supermarket is 2 km away. |
