The owners live quite close from the Villa all year round and pride themselves in welcoming their guests. They are delighted to recommend restaurants and shops, and to give directions, information or local knowledge to make guests’ stay more enjoyable.

Beaches

The villa is surrounded by many beaches, all with different characteristics. Most of them are sandy beaches , very easily reachable. The Creeks, between Marseille and Cassis are former valleys eroded by the Mediterranean Sea (some of them are reachable by boat only or after a nice walk). From Cassis to Saint Tropez, there are a succession of sandy beaches, as famous as Pampelonne beaches.

Golf Information

Well located for those seeking a golf holiday,  the golf at Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer about 18KM away. Very nice golf with a wonderfull view over the sea.  Two fabulous courses in the  provençale landscape amongst wineries; landscaped by Californian architect Ronald W. Fream; fabulous sea views and considered one of the most panoramic courses in Europe.

Wine

The Cassis wine was the first to be awarded AOC in 1936. Visits to the local wineries are easily arranged.

This spectacular self-catering villa in Cassis is all on one level with a large garden of 3500 square meters for exclusive use; it is a house to be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors, and the spaces flow into each other harmoniously, giving a sense of space combined with privacy.  A shaded terrace (300Sq M) is the ideal setting to lunch and dinner al fresco cooked in the BBQ or brought in from the delicious local 'traiteurs'! 
The villa is quiet, tastefully furnished and decorated with some fine paintings and objets d’art.

In the main part of the house you find the living room which is spacious and has a very nice view of the swimming pool and gardens. Here you find the indoors dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine and even an espresso coffee machine! From the living room you reach a mezzanine double room (king size bed) with its own bathroom en-suite. For your meals outside, you will find a large table for 10, a gaz BBQ (the only type allowed in the South of France because of fire hazards).

A covered outside corridor links the rest of the house where the other two bedrooms are. The master bedroom has a large double bed. The "children's" room sleeps up to five in single beds; it has one single bed and two bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a shower room.
 

The spacious villa is set in a private large garden of 3500 square meters, 5 to 10 minutes from the best Cote d'Azur beaches and 15 minutes from panoramic golf courses . Ideal for a family vacation or for groups of up to 9 people, guests can enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool– which is a paradise for children to play in.

The 8x 4 m swimming pool is totaly secluded and provides a refreshing break for hot days in a beautiful setting. Satellite TV, BBQ, winter heating, and internet access  are also provided.
