Location
The villa is situated by the village ofViroflay- 12 km from Paris (Eiffel Tower), 5 km from Versailles 's Castel.
 Ideal for a family vacation or for up to three adult couples, guests can enjoy visiting Paris, Versailles....and resting when they come back home in a greenery and peacefull place .
If you have a car, you'll easely drive to Paris (20 minuts to Eiffel Tower) or Versailles (5 minuts drive). You can park just in front of the house for free .
If you prefer to use train (very safe) you can also reach very easely Paris or Versailles..there is 3 train stations at about 5 to 10 minuts from the villa.
 

 
The owners live in this house during the year and they only rent it during  holidays.
 
The villa is very nicely decorated. The owners are delighted to recommend restaurants and shops, and to give any directions, information or local hints to make guests’ stay more enjoyable.

 

The 400 m2 garden is very quiet and provides a refreshing break for hot days in a beautiful setting. Satellite TV, BBQ, ping pong table, many children games,winter heating, and are also provided.  

The villa is heated in winter and the beautiful fireplace provides additional comfort and atmosphere.

Golf Information

Ideally located for those seeking a golf holiday, many golfs are within 15 to 30 minutes drive.(Chatou, Rueil Malmaison,Versailles, Saint Germain en Laye, Saint Nom la Breteche....)

The villa is quiet, tastefully furnished and decorated on a typical french way 

The living room is spacious and airy, with separate dining area for eight and working fireplace; the kitchen is fully equipped; a guest toilet is accessed from the living room.  Outside there is a large table for 'al fresco' meals, a barbecue and wooden furniture.

 

There are 5 spacious bedrooms, with three bathrooms .

Getting there and around
The villa is reached by car from Paris Airport in 45 minutes. (from Roissy airport)
 
A car is not essential for this holiday as there is many public transport to the villa (3 different train station at walking distance)
 
In Viroflay you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, typical french market in the morning...but as you're very close from Paris and Versailles, you can chose to spend all day there with dinner in a restaurant and come back later.
