During peak season: normal turnover day is Saturday and surcharge may apply for rentals of less than 2 weeks.
Booking conditions: 20% minimum paid at time of booking, and balance 2 months before arrival.
Security Deposit: €750 paid before arrival by bank transfer or by credit card and refundable up to 2 weeks after departure.
At peak times arrival time is after 16h00 and departure by 10h00.
Winter: if central heating is required, add €50/day (reccommended)
Final clean included in price (maximum 8 hours, cleaning in excess of 8 hours may be charged at cost)
