Heating supplement: Central heating, if required, will be billed at cost
Internet Wi-fi supplement: €70 /week - by previous arrangement
During peak season: normal turnover day is Saturday and surcharge may apply for rentals of less than 2 weeks
Booking conditions: 20% minimum paid at time of booking, and balance 2 months before arrrival.
Security Deposit: €350, refundable at end of stay.
